AZSEA Scholarship Application

This survey format is the application process for those individuals wishing to request a scholarship to a state-sponsored seminar: SouthWest Fest, Fall Seminar or Advanced Tax Seminar with Chris Bird. A separate application is required for each seminar, please be sure to select the appropriate form for your event!
